Tools for measuring and rewarding constituent loyalty

With Convio Rewards, you can give something back to your strongest supporters for their loyalty and interaction with your organization. At the same time, your organization can use Convio Rewards to help increase membership and donor retention rates.

Assign points to specific constituent behaviors

Set the number of points accrued for a variety of behaviors such as a donation to your organization, funds raised by volunteer event participants, the number of action alerts responded to, the number of times a constituent forwards an email, Web page or action alert, or the total numbers of new registrants your Web site received as a direct result of active constituents forwarding your emails using "Tell-a-Friend" capabilities.

Enable constituents to redeem points online for rewards

Create a Rewards page that shows any desired variety of redemption gifts based on ranges of accrued points. Constituents can easily redeem any amount of their points online for the desired gift.

Reporting and analysis on points accrued and redeemed

Capabilities include both the ability to display accrued Rewards points to constituents through email or online, and reports to analyze the distribution and redemption of Rewards points by constituent. Use this information to set up special recognition for constituents who have accrued the most points or create incentives for the most loyal constituents.
